Located 6.2 miles north from Cancun, within the Makax lagoon on the paradisiacal island of Isla Mujeres in the State of Quintana Roo, Mexico, our marina can receive yachts up to 80 feet length, offering all services including yacht maintenance, electricity (30, 50 and 100 Amp), water, Wi Fi, 24 Hrs Security and more, under the concept of Small Luxury Marina.
Our project development consists in 3 stages, on which the marina, the first one, is completed 100 %.
The marina consists in a 4,127 SF pier for private yachts of up to 80 feet length, offering all facilities. The marina offers 4 slips for yachts between 60 and 80 feet, 8 slips for yachts between 30 and 60 feet and 8 docking positions for smaller yachts. Its two beautiful Palapas and Cumarú wood decks make it a pleasant and fresh place to enjoy the Caribbean.
As second and third stage, a pool with outdoor Jacuzzi, pool bar and restaurant a Club SPA with massage area, gym, showers, steam and sauna rooms and 15 Villas will be developed.
Our marina location is the best available as it provides a natural protection against hurricanes, consisting of mangroves vegetation, being this site the more secure between Cancun, Cozumel and Isla Mujeres.
Its proximity to the city of Cancún, approximately 20 minutes by sea, makes it very accessible.
